The adoption process starts with you. A discussion with your family to ensure that a puppy is a positive and welcomed addition to your home is the most important beginning to adding a new forever family member. Puppies should never be an impulsive decision, they are long term commitments. Getting to know you and the dynamics of your household is step #2. Choosing a puppy simply based on looks isn't always the best way. We do our best to get to know you and what you're looking to get out of your new family member so that we can make some perfect match suggestions, as we know the temperaments of the puppies from day 1.

All pups are whelped (birthed) with an experienced adult (me) in our home for the entire process to help mama and pups. ESI and Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is performed 2x daily for 3 weeks starting at 1 day old. The ENS supports their cardiovascular system, brain development and teaches them healthy coping strategies they carry with them in adulthood. When pups are 4 weeks, they begin introduction to solid food and they graduate to the “nursery room” where they start some independence with their mama’s involvement. From 1 day old up to when they leave us, they are cuddled daily, have their nail trims done regularly, brushed, exposed to several baths (or more if needed) and are blown dry with a high velocity dryer to desensitize them so grooming isn’t traumatic when they start their new life with you. They are socialized regularly with kids of all ages as well as cats. They are exposed to daily family routines and noises. They are played sounds of traffic, doorbells, cars honking etc, all in a safe environment so when they encounter these things with their new families it’s not a shock to them. They are introduced to raw bones at 5 weeks old to teach them healthy chewing practices while teething and because of this, the majority of our pups are not known to be destructive chewers. Our pups are litter trained, not pad trained. They are 80% housetrained when they go home.

They all go home with their first vaccines and dewormed (health records from our veterinarian) Also 30 days free health insurance offered by Trupanion that starts on "go home day". We operate on a 8/12/16 week vaccination schedule. Our pups are vaccinated at 8 weeks, not before. They are also litter and/or pad trained and are ready for outside potty when they go home. If your pup was litter trained, we'll give you a small shopping list to prepare at home if you choose. Our pups typically housetrain within 2 weeks. They also go home with breeder support for any advice you might need for the life of the pup. They go home with confidence, perfect health and excitement for their new adventures with you. We also offer a 2 year health guarantee.

The simple answer is, yes. We prefer a family member to come in person to pick up their new puppy, but we understand that's not always possible. After much communication and video calls (Facetime), if we all agree that one of our pups would make an excellent addition to your family, we can provide you with an official quote from the pet transport service that we liaise with. We have contracted Pets Go Pet Transport on numerous occasions and the quality of service and the consideration for the well-being of the animal is superior. The cost of the transport is in addition to the cost of the pup. We do not sell our pups outside of Canada. We ship to all major airports in all provinces.

We do have options for connecting flights to smaller surrounding areas surrounding the major airports at addition cost. Including a crate, shipping to the major airports is approximately $650 plus the cost of the puppy, all taxes and fees in, but PetsGo's prices are subject to change. It is your responsibility to pay PetsGo prior to fly date based on their terms.
